Whilst it’s crystal clear in the Bible that in this fallen and corrupt world where a clear path is so difficult to see, women’s authority should never usurp a man’s, or The Church or God himself (see Timothy in regards to women in relationship to teaching in Church). Yet, there is nothing that says that women will not rule and reign with men in God’s coming millennial kingdom where their is no marriage or corruption.
When men and women are no longer tempted by The Devil and men no longer struggle with leading on their own let alone with ungodly competition from other people, it seems very likely that women will reign in the kingdom.
Let’s face it – The Bible does not forbid women reigning over men, churches and nations because they are not capable of it – far from it – they are probably more capable of it as many great female leaders have shown throughout the ages. It is forbidden for a completely different reason and has nothing to do with modern ‘equality’ as we know it as pedalled by the divisive men and women and principalities of today.
This rule is set in place because God said so! Just like he told us to remember The Sabbath. Our opinion about why, what, who and how we can get round this is not an option.
