Employees are to work as though God were their boss.

What Does The Bible say about your faith in the workplace
Does attitude on the job matter? Colossians 3:23, TLB.
“Work hard and cheerfully at all you do, just as though you were working for the Lord and not merely for your masters.”
Exploitation of workers by employers does not escape God’s notice. James 5:4, TLB.

All our work ought to be done with Christ in mind.

Work knowing that God will evaluate your efforts.
