There are as it happens quite a few dating sites for Christians that are completely free. There are some long-standing ones that we have known of for many years (probably 10 at least) and then there are some newbees on the Christian dating block.
A lot of dating sites – even Christian services advertise as ‘free’ when they are really not
Unfortunately many sites advertise say on Google search engine and others as 100% free and by the time you have signed up and gone to the trouble of filling out your profile you realise they are not – this is obviously rather irritating and puts a lot of people off using sites! One example would be ChristianConnection.com – actually a good site in our books but they don’t do themselves any favours by advertising as free as they are not. However they probably gain quite a few paid subscriptions this way.
‘Christian’ sites are mostly owned by secular companies
It’s worth noting that these have a mixture of owners in terms of whether they are owned and run by Christians – most that we have found are actually ‘cookie-cutter’ sites owned by secular companies that simply do a quick re-brand with a cross here and there and some ‘religious’ looking icons, photography or photo-artwork.
But there are SOME Christian owned completely free sites – read on!
But some really are genuine Christian sites for believers that are serious about finding life-long love and marriage. There are other questions that need to be looked at too like are they free from spammers and scammers – ie – do the admins and owners really care about you finding a genuine Christian partner for life – or is the site more about click and revenue for them?
But first off we have some questions to ask in order to rank these sites and services;
- What are the completely free Christian dating sites?
- Who owns these completely free dating sites?
- How effective are these dating services (in terms of marriage)?
- Are they totally free – or as many that advertise as free – actually not?
- Do you get some free aspects and features but have to pay for others?
- Do they really care about scammers (monitor the site and filter out and delete bad profiles) ?
